SUN KISSED | IS MY SKIN COOL OR WARM

Happy Wednesday everyone !

Hope your week is going great so far. I am very humbled at all your kind comments on my MUM post here. Thank you so much.

Today, I will be sharing with you if your skin is WARM or COOL, please see details below…..

If you pay attention to the photos today, you would notice that I looked golden brown in a good way (see more details below on why/fashion tip today).  The sun was shinning so bright and there was no way I could stay in doors. I reached for this olive jumpsuit and finished my look with some gold cuffs and a flesh tone buckled sandals.

Even though the sun was good / favourable to me/my skin, it made Claire’s job (my talented photographer) harder as she had to block her shadows out of the photos. Thanks Claire for this shots.

Then I decided to roll up the pants and show off my beautiful brown shoulders.  

The Jumpsuit & Fashion TIP today !

I love the neckline of the jumpsuit and the fact that it was long enough on me. I was only lucky as nothing is ever long enough for me. The sun hits it nicely and the colour dazzles turning its olive colour to gold then to olive again. I will love to wear it in the winter to see how it looks.

So What Skin tone am I ? 

COOL TONES

You are cool tone if……..

-your vein turns blue 

-you look better in SILVER jewelries.

-if you burn first in the sun and then turn pink.

And remember, the C written in your foundation packaging starts for COOL and suitable for cool skin tone

If the above pointers describe you, this darker shade of green “may” not sit well on your skin tone. When choosing green for you, try a brighter shade of green. Having said that, try out whatever you like and see if you are happy with it, if you are please go for it.

WARM TONES

You are warm tone if……

-like me you turn golden brown in the sun.

-you look better in gold jewelries.

-your vein turns green.

And remember, the W written on your foundation packaging stands for WARM and suitable for warm skin tone

For someone like me, I turn golden brown in the sun like I mentioned above. That makes me WARM TONE.
