THE DENIMS TO WEAR THIS SPRING

The one thing everybody wears is THE DENIM, even the CLASSIC in style. Yes, we all do. We wear them to work, when running errands and to fancy occasions. Now correct me if I am wrong.

In this post, I will share with you “the denim directory” and the ones you need to know about now. It will be picture illustrated so pay attention please.

The one TIP I always share when talking about denims is to always choose one with elastin /stretch. The stretch in your denim will make it conform nicely to your body.

CONFORM means it takes the shape of your body. It moulds to your body and NOT tight.

THE SKINNY JEANS

The skinny jeans is about the most popular ones. A lot of us wear them. I love them and I wear them loads. Who doesn’t want their legs to be long? Nobody, I repeat, Nobody.

If you are looking for a way to make your legs long, wear the skinny jeans.Choose the one that is snugly to your body.

THE STRAIGHT LEG JEANS

The straight leg denim are a little more roomy than the skinny jeans. They make you look tall but not quiet as the skinny jeans.

THE WHITE DENIM

White of all kinds is perfect for spring/summer and so is the white denim. Go for a distressed one, boot cut, straight leg or a flared one. Whichever one you decide, ensure it fits well.

THE BOYFRIEND JEANS

The boyfriend jeans this days are becoming a little bit more fitter, they are referred to as the girlfriend jeans for that reason.  Ideally they should sit low on the hip and fit loose.  I have never worn a pair. Maybe in the future.

Which ones would I recommend?

Here is the thing about denims/jeans. If you choose and invest in the right pair, they could last a “life time”. Having said that I highly recommend that you always buy what you can afford. I will list very budget friendly ones below.

My experience with the Frame Denim, the one on the left hand corner on the second row.

I have practically worn one of the frame denim I have like no man’s business since I got them. They are too comfy and as the name implies, they frame the body. See me in some of my favourite denim looks.
