VALIDATION ::: TRIBAL STATEMENT NECKLACE & PERFECT PLEATS

Statement necklaces has been my go to these days. A lot of times, I grab one and work my entire outfit around it. Today’s look is no exception because my go to today is this tribal looking necklace I have had at home for a long time.

Like I said above, my entire look was planned around this statement necklace. So for my look today, I wore this perfect pleated skirt with a body suit and finished the look with the necklace, beige pumps and studded my bags; and that is my look of the day.

As you can see, my purse is quiet a mini one which is okay for my height and physique. I wore the purse because it is a cream one and it matches the cream on my statement necklace.

Fashion TIP Today :::: What Size of Bag Should you be Wearing?

Firstly, let me start by saying your shoes does not have to match your bag so don’t be too hard on yourself when you are dressing up and you do not have a bag/purse that matches your shoes.

Your frame or build or body size determines the bag size you should be wearing.

If you are petite/tiny/small, you should be wearing small to medium size bags so you do not look tinier.  What this means is if you wear a big or large bag, beside that bag, you will look so tiny and the bag will look super big because you are tiny so always wear small to medium size bag.

If you are big or huge, the best bags for you are big bags or medium to large or oversized bags so the bag can look proportional to your body. If you wear tiny or small bag or purses like I was wearing in this post, you will look so big while the bag will look so small.

Motivation For Monday ::: You don’t need a Validation

A lot of us waste away or waste our gifts, visions or dreams because we wait for the validation of others. We want people to tell us that what we are doing is good or what we are about to start is good. We wait for some kinds of acknowledgement or commendment. It is always a plus when people tell you you are doing great but……

While it is okay to want to get some “you are doing well” kind of praises, it is super important not to wait on the validation of others before you start doing what God had laid in your heart to do. Don’t wait, it is a waste of time and talent.

The only validation or stamp of approval you need is that of God. When He says yes, just go ahead and continue to do what he has laid in your heart to do. It is possible that He says NO or it is not yet time, just listen and be obedient. Do whatever God says!

So don’t wait on anyone to validate your dreams for you. Go ahead and do it even what are doing is not popular or is not what every other person is doing. Go ahead once God says so and every other thing will begin to fall in place when you do. My prayer for you is the willingness to be obedient and to follow through, amen.
