You know the saying when you fail to plan you are simply planning to fail; I have to be honest, this phrase is not applicable to mums because as a mum no matter how much you plan, you could still fail sometimes. Let’s take for example, you have set out all you need to go to church on a Sunday morning, you dress all the children up(2 girls and a boy for example) and as soon as you turn around to do other things, your dear son grabs the cup of tea sitting on the coffee table and boom, there it goes all over his body and then you have to change his clothes again and before you know it, you are late already.
Being a mum is one of the greatest feeling any woman can ever experience. Having said that being a mum is tough; it isn’t is easy. How did I know? it is because I am a MUM
For me personally, as my children gets older, the more I have time to do other things I love like running this blog for example. It never used to be so, I never used to have so much time to do the things that I enjoy but all that is changing. For the young mums who is always overwhelmed, I sincerely know how you feel, just embrace the season you are in. I talked more about embracing seasons HERE, it will help you.
The one and only TIP that’s being working for me for a long time is that I prepare everything ahead of time. I write the blogs ahead of time, I select clothes for the family ahead of time, I cook in bulk and freeze for future use etc. I do all of these things so life can be easier for me as a mum.
In today’s video, I demonstrated the simple things I do ahead of time and my song of self care to women like me. I shared the importance of taking care of yourself because if you don’t take care of yourself, you possibly can’t take care of other. Please watch…….
So mums, it is all about prepping ahead of time so you can get some time to care for yourself too. I do hope you enjoyed watching the video as much as I enjoyed sharing it with you.
I want to thank you so much for stopping by today. Wishing you an amazing day today and a great month filled with ease and favour. And Happy 4th of July, God bless America.
Much Love, Mojisola

I think the tips are helpful for every woman not just mums. Thanks for sharing it. Have a lovely weekend.
Thank you Chi. Cheers.
I’ve been working hard to make sure I don’t go to functions late any longer. Tough but achievable. I wish I can cook and freeze or pick out clothes before. As a matter of fact, I do not even know what I’m wearing until I’m ready to dresd up and staring at my closet.
Great tips. I need to adopt them.
Planning helps a lot and everything I would say. Yes, adapt them, I will be happy to hear things are better going forward
Have a fantastic week.
Great post. I plan in advance to avoid being late with the kids. So hard to get out of the house some days.
I’d say nobody can do what you do without planning, you are a PRO and you inspire me.
Take care.
Planning and preparation are definitely key!! And patience too, of course!
