THE EMBROIDERY TREND ::: HOW I TOOK THIS DRESS FROM DAY TO NIGHT

I filmed 5 videos in this dress and because I was sitting, many of you thought I was wearing a blouse. My apologies if I got you confused. I have had to explain to the YouTube gang too that it is a dress. Today, I bring y’all the long awaited embroidery dress. And hey, the embroidery trend is big in Fashion at the moment.

First, 5 videos? Yes, this is because I only film once a month. I film my entire video for the month in a day. This is a simple strategy I use to save time. For me to do this effectively, I map out my day, plan what I want to film and voila, video of the month. Outfit of the Day ::: Embroidery Dress From Day to Night 

I ran some errands on the day we did these photos and this was what I wore. For running around, I wore the dress with my Puma Basket Heart sneakers and oversized bag to carry all my essentials. To show you how to take the dress to night time / after hours, I paired it with heels and clutch. And that is my simple look of the day.

The Embroidery Trend

This is one of the biggest trends for this Spring and Summer 2017. You find embroidery on blouses, skirts, jeans, bags and even on shoes these days. They are very much on trend and are fun to style. See for example some of the embroidery collection I created.
